I'm so sorry to say due to unexpected travel itinerary change I won't be able to come to Frosty to talk nutrition and poop with you!
I am sincerely gutted. 🙁 (Especially because I got a snazzy tshirt made for the event and everything!)

The Frosty loop is finished flagging! Had frost the last two nights. Let Boogie!

Skyline loop is done flagging. Off to the big one tomorrow.

Last update for Frosty, before I am heading out to do the flagging.
There is package pickup Friday 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Lobby in Manning Park Lodge and Saturday morning 30 minutes before each race.
There is also registration available at these times.
If you want a 7:30 early start you will forfeit winning your category, with other words if someone your age finishes after you they will still place ahead of you. ... See more
