2010 Orientation Run Schedule

The following training/orientation runs have been set up to help you prepare for this year's event.  All training runs are free for everyone (you don't need to be registered for Frosty Mountain).

Saturday, August 14th -- North Vancouver -- 9:00 AM

Meet at Grouse Mountain gravel parking lot.

Take Baden Powell to Executioner to Mountain Highway to Ladies Only to Baden Powell and back to the parking lot. 2 to 4 hrs.

Saturday, August 21st -- North Vancouver -- 9:00 AM

Meet at Grouse Mountain gravel parking lot. 

Take BCMC to Mountain Highway to Seventh Secret all the way parallel to Mountain Highway to Baden Powell turn right to get back to the parking lot.  2.5 to 4.5 hrs.

Saturday, August 28th -- Manning Park --10:00 AM

Meet at Lightning Lake Day Use Area parking lot.

Run second loop of Frosty.  23 km.  2.5 to 4.5 hrs.

Saturday, September 4th -- Manning Park -- 10:00 AM

Meet at Lightning Lake Day Use Area parking lot.

Run first Loop of Frosty. 27 km. 3 to 5 hrs.

Saturday, September 11th -- North Vancouver -- 9:00 AM

Meet at Grouse Mountain gravel parking lot. 

Take Baden Powell to Executioner to Mountain Highway to Ladies Only to Baden Powell and back to the parking lot. 2 to 4 hrs.
